Understanding Arizona Property Values
The responsibility of the Mohave County Assessor's Office is to locate, identify, and set full cash value on all taxable county property in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, and to review that value in the appeal process. Mohave County has 258,932 parcels of land. The following departments constitute the Assessor's Office:

Mohave County Conservation Easements
A.R.S. 33-272 provides that the holders of conservation easements in Mohave County shall notify the Assessor of any real property burdened by a conservation easement. The Mohave County Assessor has not been notified of any property burdened by conservation easements within its jurisdiction. Per A.R.S. 42-12058, the Mohave County Assessor has made available to the public the following registry of real property known by Mohave County to burdened by conservation easements.
