Board of Supervisors Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of the month, unless otherwise posted, beginning at 9:30 A.M, in the Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 700 W. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona. 

Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled meeting at 700 W. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona, and on the Mohave County Meeting Portal. 

Transcribed and approved minutes are available after approval by the Board. Copies are published on the Mohave County website.  Copies of the dvd may be purchased for $10.00 per dvd; however, dvds are not “official minutes” of the meetings. You may contact Information Technology at 753-0740 to request copies of the dvd.

You may find office locations and hours on the Social Security  website, or you can reach Social Security by calling toll free 1-800-772-1213, from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Mohave County does not issue business licenses. You can obtain information regarding a business license in the cities by calling the City of Kingman at 753-8114, the City of Bullhead City at 763-9400, and Lake Havasu City at 855-2116.
 
You will need to contact Mohave County Planning and Zoning at 757-0903 regarding locations for specific types of businesses to determine if your area is zoned for the specific business.
 
You will need to contact Mohave County Environmental Health at 757-0901 regarding businesses that deal with food or environmental issues.

If you were born in Arizona you can call the Arizona Department of Health Services, Vital Records Office, at 602-364-1300. 

The Board of Supervisors sits as the Board of Equalization, and any paperwork should be filed with the Clerk of the Board at 700 W. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona, or mailed to Clerk of the Board, P. O. Box 7000, Kingman, Arizona, 86402. If your appeal is filed before the established deadline, you will be notified of the hearing date two weeks in advance.

A fireworks display permit can be obtained by clicking the link or from the Clerk of the Board’s Office.  Processing time is approximately 1 month, as it must be agendized for a Board meeting.

A bingo license application can be obtained from the Arizona Department of Revenue's website.  They can be reached by calling 602-542-3227.  Mohave County Board of Supervisors’ processing time is approximately 6 weeks, as it must be agendized and set for public hearing. 

A liquor license application can be obtained from the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control's website They can be reached at 602-542-5141.  

The above licenses can be obtained from the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control’s website. They must be turned in to the Clerk's Office at least 1 month prior to your event to ensure your application can be processed by the County and ADLLC.
