We can assist with finding and matching job candidates to your key hiring requirements and conducting evaluations to identify experiences levels and skill sets.

Hiring Events
We can assist by hosting hiring events and by providing interview space.

Job Specific Skill Training
Customized training for employees to learn additional job skills.

On The Job Training (OJT)
We can partially subsidize the salary of new employees who need training.

Work Experience Training (WEX)
We provide a stipend for potential employees to learn and be mentored in the workplace, at no cost to the employer.

Apprenticeships
We assist in matching candidates to apprenticeship openings.

WIOA Layoff Services
We can assist in assisting candidates explore tools and training that will help them return to the workforce with new skills, new credentials, and a new mindset for a new start. Layoff services can also include the cost of relocation for a new job.
