Online Permitting Process Informational Videos

A demonstration of the process of applying for and receiving a permit through the Mohave County Online Permitting System

Registration

Any user who visits Mohave County Online Permitting may utilize the various search functions. In order to apply for a permit online, users must first register with Mohave County Online Permitting by providing the following:

Contact information

Permit Application

Project Information

When registration is complete, users can log into Mohave County permitting and apply for permits:

if users do not see or do not know the permit type they require, select 'Building Permit' and complete the permit application
users enter project information as necessary in available fields
'?' are interactive informational bubbles that users can refer to for instruction on specific fields

Documents

Documents are required for ALL permit types
Specific document requirements can be found at department website (links are available in Mohave County Online Permitting)

Review and Submit

Review all entered information for accuracy
Once user has submitted a permit application, a record number will be issued
When the record has been issued, users can inspect record details of records associated with the user

Fees, Inspections & Permit Issuance

After Mohave County Development Services employees have reviewed applications, final record types and numbers will be issued.
Fees will be assessed and added to records by Mohave County employees
Users will be contacted via email to pay fees and to schedule inspections
When all fees have been pad and inspections completed, permits will be issued via email.
