Addresses are assigned and/or verified through the permitting process. There are ‘some’ addresses that had been assigned years ago that may be on vacant properties. However, without verifying these numbers, they could be incorrect. (ie: lots that have been combined, un-combined, split, etc.)

ADDRESSING AND ROAD NAMING REGULATIONS: (Section 43)
It is the purpose of this Section to provide for uniformity in road naming and numerical addressing; elimination of inconsistencies and duplication of road names; provide a unique address for each lot and parcel in the county; facilitate emergency vehicle response; establish a uniform road name and address numbering system; development standards; display standards; official addressing maps; elimination of non-conforming road names and addresses; and established the authority for the creation of naming roads, addressing and other items related to county roads, properties, and improvements within the jurisdictional boundaries of the county and outside the boundaries of incorporated cities.

Mohave County does not populate information to third-party website search engines.
Why do you need the assessor’s parcel number?
The assessor’s parcel number (APN) or tax I.D. number enables us to find the parcel. This is the book, map and parcel assignment.
Why do you need to know the exact location of my residence and driveway to assign an address?
A numbering grid has been established for 911 emergency response purposes.
Why doesn’t my road have a street sign?
