• Low cost of living/reasonable property taxes 
• The golf course
• Friendly people and neighbors 
• Fire station/paramedics
• Close by shopping options and the Dollar General and good restaurants
• Beautiful desert scape scenery, mountains, sunsets
• Community Church

Valle Vista did not established goals to work on as a Community with the support of the County at this time. This will be revisited at a later date.
