Kingman Airport and Industrial Park
The Kingman Industrial Park is located at the Kingman Airport on over 4,000 acres. The park houses over 70 companies and over 2,000 employees. It is the largest industrial park in rural Arizona. Bullhead City
Shovel-ready land is available at and near the Laughlin Bullhead International Airport from different developers. Contact either the city of Bullhead City or the Mohave County Economic Development office for more information on different developments.

Mohave Tri-State Business Park
The Tri-State Business Park is located in Mohave Valley, hosting 132 acres of shovel ready land.

Sterling Industrial Park
Sterling is preparing to break ground for a 4,000-acre solar facility. Hyve1
Land is still available for the industrial park. 

Griffith Industrial Park
Located 12 miles south of Kingman right on I-40. For information about this park, the Mohave County Economic Development team is ready to assist.
