  • Effective September 1, 2022, members may be charged a $50 fee for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled Mental Health visit. This practice is consistent with other telehealth providers as well as brick and mortar providers who charge late cancellation and no-show fees. Teladoc recognizes that this is a new policy and will waive the fee related to a member’s first late cancellation or no show.
