- Quit when you want, how you want! The ASHLine provides:
- Free, confidential support
- 24/7 live coaching
- Phone, text or chat
- Online tools and resources
- Nicotine patches, gum or lozenges

- Be Smoke Free Program
- The Be Smoke Free Program is an NIH-funded study that tests 2 different approaches to help people quit smoking. Program participants have 6 phone coaching sessions and receive 4 weeks of nicotine patches or lozenges, all at no cost. Each coaching phone call is about an hour. Participants can also receive up to $100 for completing all study activities. See flyer for more details! Eligible participants:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Smoke cigarettes as their main form of tobacco
- Have smoked every day for the past 30 days
- Have a smartphone with text messaging
- Speak and read English
- Live in Arizona
- Do not live with someone else who is already in the study
- The Be Smoke Free Program is an NIH-funded study that tests 2 different approaches to help people quit smoking. Program participants have 6 phone coaching sessions and receive 4 weeks of nicotine patches or lozenges, all at no cost. Each coaching phone call is about an hour.
