Security and Infrastructure

The Security and Infrastructure team is responsible for providing desktop and network support to Mohave County customers, maintaining network data communications and back up of Mohave County data. Desktop support consists of a five member team responding to over 400 requests for assistance on a monthly basis. Other security and infrastructure services and functions include:

• Provide desktop and systems support to over 1000 county employees.
• Provide monitoring and support for the county's high speed wide area network.
• Configure, monitor and analyze network security devices such as firewalls and vpn technology.
• Deploy, monitor and support the county data center.
• Develop and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery methods.
