Technical Services

The Technical Services Department provides the County with a total telecommunications system that networks major county offices in Kingman, Bullhead City and Lake Havasu, reducing long distance costs, while providing employees four digit direct dial access to other county offices.

The Technical Services Office assists the public with information, directs incoming calls to the appropriate department, provides interdepartmental courier service and processes outgoing mail. The office monitors county telecommunications costs through analysis of facility usage by planning for departmental needs, providing monthly billing and management reports to individual departments and through training to maximize telephone effectiveness
