Community Data Dashboard
Department of Public Health staff works diligently to keep an updated county health dashboard to share social, economic, and behavioral influences of health and health outcome data from derived from the Community Health Needs Assessment.
A dashboard is a valuable tool for community organizations and the public to easily view and track the progress of key health indicators and information regarding emerging health issues in Mohave County. Key data and information can also help prioritize and allocate resources and develop programs and policies to improve health outcomes throughout the county.
