Food Handler Classes

Mohave County accepts the following certifications as proof of Food Handler Training:

  • A current Mohave County Food Handler certificate.
  • A current ANSI-accredited Food Handler card/certificate.
  • A current Food Handler card/certificate issued by a County within Arizona.

Food Manager: no longer available as an in-person class

Online Certification

Food Handlers:  ANSI Food Handler courses

Food Manager:  StateFoodSafety.com provides online classes and Mohave County Environmental Health offers free proctoring for the State Food Safety exam.
