Pet Grooming
The Environmental Health Division (EHD) inspects and regulates pet shops, kennels and grooming parlors within Mohave County. These activities fall under the Mohave County Ordinance 2007-08 which provides sanitation requirements for these types of facilities. In order to obtain a permit in Mohave County for a new establishment that carries out these activities, a plan review must be completed and an inspection conducted prior to opening.
