Smokefree Arizona

In May 2007, the Smokefree Arizona Rules went into effect.  This program is delegated to the Environmental Health Division (EHD) by the Arizona Department of Health Services.  This statute prohibits smoking in most enclosed public places and places of employment. More information on the Smokefree Arizona Act can be found on the ADHS’ Smoke-free page

The EHD responds to complaints received via the ADHS's Smoke-free page.  Any member of the public can file a complaint by visiting the Smokefree Arizona website or by calling their toll free number at 877-4-AZNOSMOKE (877-429-6676).  The complaint is immediately routed to the EHD.
