The Voter Registration Division of the Mohave County Recorder’s Office is dedicated to maintaining accurate voter registration records and facilitating secure, accessible early voting and mail ballot processes. Our mission is to uphold the integrity of the electoral process by providing voter registration services that are transparent, efficient and compliant with Arizona election laws.

Our services include:

• Voter Registration Management: Processing new voter registrations, address changes, name updates, and party affiliation changes to maintain accurate voter rolls. 
• Early Voting Administration: Coordinating and facilitating in-person early voting at designated locations throughout Mohave County to provide voters with convenient and secure opportunities to cast their ballots before Election Day.
• Mail Ballot Processing: Managing all aspects of mail-in voting, including sending ballots to eligible voters, processing returned ballots, and ensuring compliance with Arizona election laws.
• Election Integrity and Security: Verifying voter eligibility, coordinating with local, state and federal agencies, and maintaining best practices for election security.
• Voter Education and Outreach: Providing information on voter registration, election deadlines, and voting options to ensure all eligible citizens can confidently participate in the electoral process.
