To enhance public safety and ensure a quality of life, safety, and welfare for the citizens of Mohave County. To wisely use the resources which have been entrusted to us. To maintain public trust through open, honest, and ethical behavior; exercising integrity in the use of power and authority. To perform all duties with the highest level of personal and professional principles. To create positive relationships with the public by treating all with fairness, dignity, and compassion.

Sheriff Schuster has been hard at work on a 10 Year Strategic Plan for the development and future of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Schuster presented the 10 Year Strategic Plan to the Mohave County Board of Supervisors Budget Workshop meeting on May 17, 2019. Sheriff Schuster is hopeful that we have the support we need and will see the requested budget increase adopted this August. As always, Sheriff Schuster continues to fight for the citizens and his staff to ensure the safety and security of our communities and the ability to provide top-notch law enforcement and public safety services.
