Deputy Gunnoe and Bruno

Kevin Gunnoe has been employed with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for 14 years, graduating from the academy in September 2007. Deputy Gunnoe has 13 years prior military experience, and was a K-9 Sergeant for the military police. Deputy Gunnoe is also a Field Training Officer, Boating Safety Officer, and was a member of the Tactical Operations Unit.

He is the assigned handler for K9 Bruno, who arrived in August 2017. Both Deputy Gunnoe and Bruno patrol the Kingman area.

Deputy McCleary and Grimm

Deputy McCleary and Grimm

Shawn McCleary has been employed with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for 19 years, graduating from the academy in December 2004. Deputy McCleary is also a Boating Safety Officer, and has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Computer Networking and Data Communications.

He is the assigned handler for K9 Grimm, who arrived in August 2019. Both Deputy McCleary and Grimm patrol the Lake Havasu City area.

Deputy Felish and Brutus

Deputy Felish and Brutus

Jeremy Felish has been employed with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for 8 years, with 7 years of prior law enforcement experience. Deputy Felish is also a Field Training Officer, high risk stop instructor, firearms instructor, active shooter instructor, and has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Management with a minor in biology and animal science.

He is the assigned handler for K9 Brutus, who arrived in June 2017. Both Deputy Felish and Brutus patrol the Arizona Strip area.

Sergeant McCool and Chase

Sergeant McCool and Chase

Kelly McCool has been employed with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for11 years, graduating from the academy in May 2012. He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in February 2018. Sergeant McCool is also a Field Training Officer and is involved in BMX racing in his spare time.

He is the assigned handler for K9 Chase, who arrived in August 2017. Both Sergeant McCool and Chase patrol the Kingman area.
