Broadcast License Renewal

All broadcast station licenses are granted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for a term of eight years.

In accordance with the Commission’s Rules, the Mohave County TV District must post a public notice, along with its application, so that viewers and listeners of the stations participating in the process either by filing a petition to deny or an informal objection against the renewal or by filing positive comments about a broadcaster’s service.
