Treasurer GIS Maps
The Treasurer currently supplies a map of parcels with various types of delinquencies.
There are three different map types which are described below.

Parcels with Current Tax Lien - These are parcels with a tax lien (investor held or assigned to the state).
Parcels Available for Lien Assignment - These parcels are at tax lien sale or have been to tax lien sale. They were not purchased during the most recent lien sale, so they are available to be purchased by assignment. NOTE: (Assignments are only available between April 15 and November 30 of each year.)
Delinquent Tax Parcels - These are parcels with prior year delinquent taxes. The parcels may also have liens on prior years. The current tax year is NOT included.
