AEPCO Gets Issue Continued Until November

AEPCO Granted Continuance to November 4, 2024 BOS Meeting

Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (AEPCO) requested a continuance of the application requesting a rezone for parcel 225-09-052 that was currently set for the September 16th, 2024, Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting agenda and that it be moved to the November 4, 2024 meeting agenda.

The chair of the Board of Supervisors has granted the request.

AEPCO reports that it has continued “to communicate with” the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe (“Tribe”), and to conduct studies and analysis on the subject parcel during the due diligence period. AEPCO says that “this request for additional time would support these ongoing activities.”

The item will now be heard at the November 4, 2024, meeting of the Board of Supervisors meeting.
