Public Warned About Unpermitted Food Vendors in County

Mohave County would like to inform residents and visitors about an increase in unpermitted food vendors throughout the county. Purchasing food items from these unpermitted vendors poses a high risk of serious  foodborne illness due to unsanitary conditions and should be avoided.

Mobile and Temporary Event food vendors that are inspected and permitted by the Mohave County Department of Public Health must display their permit; mobile food trucks must also display their rating card.

Mohave County is partnering with other agencies to address these unpermitted food vendors and ensure the public’s safety.
